No sales are currently accepted

Checkout is disabled and Arber Labs is not accepting payments or orders. There is therefore no current return address, refund window, restocking fee, or live refund process to rely on.

Policy required before launch

Before sales open, the accountable merchant must publish and approve its policy for damaged, incorrect, delayed, lost, and change-of-mind orders; return shipping; evidence requirements; response times; and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Bitcoin refunds

The final policy must state how Bitcoin refunds are calculated, which exchange rate and timestamp apply, who authorises them, and how the destination address is verified. No refund address should be sent through an unauthenticated message.

Do not send payment

Do not send Bitcoin to an address copied from a message, screenshot, or catalogue page. The live gateway will issue a unique invoice only after the merchant and refund controls are verified.
